How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you can track it in real-time from the 'Orders' section in your profile.
What are the delivery charges?
Up to 3 km, delivery is free over ₹199 (else ₹30). From 3–5 km it's free over ₹599 (else ₹50). From 5–10 km it's free over ₹899 (else ₹100). GST of 5% applies on food and 18% on delivery charges.
How can I cancel my order?
Cancel from your order page within 2 minutes for a 100% refund, or before the restaurant starts cooking for a 40% refund. Once your food is being prepared, the order can't be cancelled — raise a refund request instead.
How do refund requests work?
If your order can no longer be cancelled, raise a refund request from the order page. A restaurant manager reviews it and marks it in process, refunded, or rejected — and you'll see that status on the same page.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Not at the moment. Cash on delivery is temporarily unavailable, so all orders are paid online through Razorpay.
